1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlayMyPC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Age Requirement

Use of PlayMyPC is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older. By using our services, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Consent & Responsibility

PlayMyPC operates on an indirect consent system:

• The user receiving commands must generate their own pairing code
• Each user is responsible for adjusting their settings according to their preferences
• Sharing control links is the exclusive responsibility of the user
• By sharing your control link, you implicitly agree to receive commands

4. Prohibited Content

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment in any form
• Sharing or distribution of illegal content
• Any activity violating applicable laws

5. User Responsibility

The user assumes full responsibility for any damages resulting from the use of PlayMyPC, including but not limited to:

• Hardware or software damage to their system
• Data loss
• Consequences of sharing their control links

6. Account Suspension

PlayMyPC reserves the right to suspend or ban any account that violates these Terms of Service, without prior notice.
